Strawberry Chia Jam

 

 

This is a lovely jam which can be added to greek yoghurt for a tasty treat, spread on some toast or mixed into a bowl of oats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups – diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup – honey or maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp – chia seeds
  • splash of water

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and simmer and stir until it thickens and leave to cool in the pan
  • Once cooled store in a jam jar for up to 5 days in the fridge
