Graham Low is the guy who helped me the most to kick type 2 diabetes ass. He was my personal trainer and twice a week he tortured me with various exercise routines.
He made me a meal plan which changed every week to keep my food interesting. Graham basically steered me away from diets and helped me to make a lifestyle change.
Almost instantly I was rewarded with positive results. I worked hard and stuck to my guns.
Graham always gives his clients 100% commitment so I wanted to give him 101% in return. I knuckled down and got stuck right in.
Within 2 month my weight had dropped significantly and I had dropped inches from places I shouldn’t have had inches. Graham was so impressed at how well I had done he even used to ask me to cover his award winning bootcamps for him when he was on holiday.
Even more recently Graham added more classes to his timetable and offered me a permanent position as a bootcamp instructor and that to me was the greatest honour to my achievements as his customer.
Graham is a devoted Dad to little Max and Jessica and as you’d expect makes exercise a part of their lives and keeps it fun and entertaining for them.
Graham and his partner Caroline have become great friends and long may that continue.
